Real Estate Law, including industrial, commercial and residential agreements of sale, options, installment sales contracts, loan documents, closings, and representation of developers and home owner associations in common interest properties.

Business and Commercial Law, including incorporations, forming partnerships, limited liability companies, sole proprietorships and joint ventures, preparing non-competition agreements, buy-sell agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, employment contracts, mergers and dissolutions of business entities, consulting agreements and miscellaneous contracts.

Estate Planning, which includes (a.) explaining options to ensure clients testamentary objectives are accomplished and that inheritance and estate tax liabilities are reduced or eliminated and (b.) preparing wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney to ensure client objectives are met.

Estate Administration, including probate of wills and working with the personal representative to administer and settle the estate by obtaining appraisals on decedent’s assets, and paying expenses and taxes levied on the estate, thereby ensuring an orderly distribution of the estate assets.
